At Trips to Trek, we understand that travel plans may change due to unexpected situations. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our trekking and travel services.
For cancellations and refunds, please refer to the individual cancellation and refund policy mentioned under each destination, product, or service listed on our website.
Cancellation 21–30 days prior to the journey:
A full refund will be issued except the initial booking fee of INR 3000.
This booking fee will be provided as future credit valid for one year from the original booking date.
Important Note:
This policy applies only to clients who have paid at least 50% of the trek cost 30 days before the Date of Journey (DOJ).
Otherwise, the initial booking fee of INR 3000 remains non-refundable in all circumstances.
Cancellation 14–20 days prior to the journey:
10% of the total trek cost will be non-refundable.
The booking fee of INR 3000 will be issued as future credit, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the client.
Cancellation 8–14 days prior to the journey:
25% of the total trek package cost will be non-refundable.
The remaining amount will be issued as future credit valid for one year.
Cancellation 0–7 days prior to the journey:
50% of the total package amount will be non-refundable.
The remaining 50% will be issued as future credit valid for one year.
This applies only to clients who have paid the full amount before the due date.
Non-appearance on the trek starting day:
No refund will be provided.
Future credit is valid for one year from the original booking date and can be used for any trek or destination offered by Trips to Trek, subject to availability.
Policies may change from time to time and will be updated across all our services accordingly.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip against unexpected events.
