Phoktey Dara
Phoktey Dara is an offbeat, easy-to-moderate trek in west Sikkim, often with Uttarey as the starting point and one of
the most popular destinations for nature lovers and adventure seekers. The
summit is about 12,250Ft above sea level and has a trek duration of 5-7 Days offering
panoramic views of the Himalayas, which include Mt Everest, Kanchenjunga, Makalu and Lhotse. Apart from offering the best views of the world's four highest peaks, as a tri junction of Nepal,
Sikkim and West Bengal, the Phoktey Dara trek has a lot more to offer.
The trek passes through the Barsey Rhododendron sanctuary, starting from Base camp at Uttarey village, and follows the Singalila Ridge. Along
the trail, one can witness biodiversity, dense forests, wilderness, as the
sanctuary is home to Red Panda, Himalayan Black deer and barking deers and also
offers birdwatching for trekkers.

Cancelled between 8-14 days of actual journey –25% of the total
trek package cost remains non-refundable, the remaining is issued as a future credit
valid for 1 year
0-7 Days Prior: 50% is non-refundable, rest 50% as a future
credit of the total package amount. (This applies to clients paying the full amount
within the due date)
Non-appearance on the trek starting day: No refund.
Note: Future credit is for 1 year from the date of actual booking
till the same date and month in the next year & can be switched with any desired
