Tarsar Marsar
This trek is more relaxed and family-friendly
compared to the Kashmir Great Lakes trek. It is one of Kashmir’s most beautiful and
beginner-friendly alpine treks, famous for its turquoise twin lakes surrounded
by vast meadows and snow-lined ridges. The trek offers clear views of Kolahoi
Peak and surrounding ranges, stunning lakes such as Tarsar, Marsar and
Sundersar. The campsites are right beside the lakes, which is a lifetime experience to enjoy. The trek passes through Pahalgam Wildlife Sanctuary. Army
presence ensures safety in the region.
